Fresh and Chic: Bubble Tub/Leviticus Jewelry - May 9, 2009
It’s fun because there’s a bit of an edge to this jewelry. What am I talking about? Leviticus Jewelry. Owner Tara Levitin has a knack for creating jewelry that will totally show off your stylish side. And you must have one. Yes, you do.
We first featured Leviticus over 2 years ago. You can see the very sweet and beautiful sacred heart necklace in that feature. Now, we’re doing a turn around showing you a necklace with a gun & handcuffs. Knowing that we can’t be serious all of the time, this is one of the current necklaces in the charming Leviticus collection. The pistol and chain are raw brass while the handcuffs are silver. And the lariat style just makes everyone look good.
Other necklace choices include The Death Tag (think about the conversation that will ensue with THAT one), Evidence (this comes with a vial of dirt from the scene of the crime), Amelia Earhart (I’ve always been fascinated with her story)…and there’s even a Johnny and June necklace (two separate chains).
When you want to stand out from the crowd, Leviticus is the place to go. Shake up the old jewelry box & spice up your summer outfits!
I’m thrilled to present Bubble Tub to readers this week. Based in Toronto (hello to our Canadian friends!), Gail creates products that you will love to use and that will make you smell…irresistible.
I’m a big almond fan so I was blown away by the scent AND the texture of the Almond Amore Body Frosting. The jar says “Almonds, almonds and more almonds. We know how you love the comforting scent of marzipan paired with warm vanilla.” Trust me, this product is a treat and I absolutely love it.
Next came the soaps. The Tranquility bar is a handcrafted soap cube and it’s huge. The scent is very spa-like…perfect for relaxing in the shower. Lemon Appeal is also a winner. Besides the lemon scent, the bar also contains apricot seeds. I love anything lemon so this was a big hit.
Finally, Bubble Tub makes lip balms…these are very nice and stay on for a long time. My favorite is Wildberry Burst. What can I say? The fruity scent on my lips makes me feel like a kid. Aren’t I still a kid? What the heck happened? The prices at Bubble Tub are reasonable and the products are top notch. Wickedly Chic readers are going to love spending money here!
