One of my new favorite shops is The Accessory Shoppe where their slogan is “making fashion fun”. The owner, Cheryl Bollie Kidd, does such a great job of making shopping into a good time that you simply must head over & check out this great shop.

The Accessory Shoppe is where you can simply…accessorize your life. If you are a jewelry or bag fanatic, you won’t want to miss this place. The fashionista in you will find unique purses, jewelry, photo frames, baby items, pet accessories & all kinds of fun things that you absolutely need.

It’s also a perfect place to find gifts…all under one roof. Ms. Kidd seeks out quality vendors and each item that she sells is hand-picked…what you see is top notch & has her seal of approval.

I’m crazy about every piece of jewelry and bag that I see and a few weeks ago, the bag pictured here showed up on my doorstep. I’ve had many compliments on this well-made & adorable bag…great for every day & so much fun. It’s called the Whimsy Paisley Handle Bag. The pattern is fabulous along with the antique gold hardware, fully-lined interior & interior pockets.

Once you take a look at what the Accessory Shoppe has to offer, you’ll be sure to go back again & again. Looking for that perfect gift and not quite sure of what to get? Purchase a gift certificate and let your recipient choose for themselves.

What if you could buy handcrafted items that are not only amazingly unique but benefit our earth and others? Well…that’s exactly what you’ll get when shopping at This is It! Creations. Northern Californians, Dan and Jodi, searched for a long time for a way to have a great business and they’ve come up with an array of items that are spectacular for gift giving. The talented duo makes photo albums, jewelry, scrapbooks and greeting cards that you are gonna love!

Every paper product that you see on their website is made using recycled and/or eco-friendly paper. This couple creates such lovely paper products and you can read on their website about the different kinds of paper that they use. It’s very informative reading & will help to educate readers about making good decisions when purchasing paper products.

The jewelry line is wonderful as well and has many unique designs…suitable for every day wear. The earrings pictured here are made of sterling silver with jade & faux pearl. I love my pair and have received many compliments on them.

This is It! Creations has a great wholesale business (an ideal line to carry in your shop if you are a shop owner) and they donate 5% of their profits to animal-welfare groups. Retail orders are welcomed as well through their website. Be sure to visit their Etsy shop, too.

Shop away…you’ll be happy.

Now for some reason, my daughters have these big feet. They certainly did not inherit them from me. They like to dress up and wear heels from time to time…but you know the story with heels…great looking…not so comfortable.

My youngest daughter was going to a school dance last night and wanted to wear these really tall heels that she had purchased for another dance. But could she really have a great time in them? Probably not. Enter Spare Soles. Yes, I had an answer & I was scheduled to write about them this week.

Created by shoe lover Andrea Weisner, Spare Soles are truly a shoe to cheer about. The shoes come in black and silver with a jeweled bow on each shoe. These fold up neatly into a little bag that comes with them…not only can you have the shoes in the little bag, but you can make it into a little purse & carry a few extra items.

When your feet start to hurt, it’s time to pop out your Spare Soles and gain some comfort. The shoes are perfect for travel (such as airplanes), office, weddings, nightclubs or any shoe emergency that you can imagine. Spare Soles are waterproof & washable.
