Indies of the Week: Herb Garden Creations/Fragrant Soul - January 31
The first thing that I notice while browsing the website of The Herb Garden is the retro green/blue/yellow theme. Those colors always take me back to the 70’s and my Brady Bunch watching days. I love this darlin’ color scheme.
And oh yes…the products. First of all, I was surprised to see that this mother/daughter business has been around since 1983. Once you try these creations, you will see why.
Located in beautiful North Carolina (and you will see the photo of Pilot Mountain on their home page), Herb Garden carries a wide variety of wonderful products with an amazingly long scent list. One very unique item that they have is their layered lotion. You can take any two scents from their long list and have them combined for you into a perfect lotion. One layer on the top and another on the bottom. Clever, eh? I tried the Tres Magnifique with Velvet Dipped Chiffon Cakes and it’s a spectacular combo!
You might want to sample their Aloe Shower Gels. Mine is in a gorgeous scent…Heavenly Blue Lotus. This scent combines the heady sweetness of hyacinth, tuberose, and freesia; closing with green and woodsy notes of cypress and mahogany. Yes, it’s THAT good.
There’s plenty to choose from here, ladies. From goat’s milk lotion to cold process soap to coffee body frosting…The Herb Garden is a great company with simple & wonderful products.
