I’ll admit that I didn’t know much about rosaries before being introduced to Rosaries & Jewelry by Laura but now I’m hooked. Proof positive that you certainly don’t have to be Catholic to love the beauty of a rosary. Laura Sheppard-Andersen is the woman behind this lovely business & she makes some gorgeous jewelry….both rosaries & other pieces. Ever since she sent away for a book about how to make rosaries nearly 30 years ago, Laura has been honing her craft. When her artist husband passed away several years ago, Rosaries & Jewelry by Laura came to life as a way to pay her bills. Today she has a blossoming business full of beautiful pieces. One look at her shop & you’ll be hooked too.
Finding unique & unusual parts for her jewelry & rosaries is something that Laura loves to do. She works with sterling silver, fine silver, argentium silver, gold-filled wire, Swarovski crystals & semi-precious stones. She loves using glass & lampwork beads as well.

The candles at BuggyTown are a soy blend & these are strong & clean-burning candles. I wasn’t able to resist Cindy’s Apple Pie (one of her best sellers), Lavender & Lace, White Cherry Blossom (fabulous!), Cinnamon Vanilla or Georgia Peach (a perfect peach & on sale this month). Cabin Sweet Cabin is another great woodsy scent & this is a BuggyTown original scent. I burned both their tarts & candles and I’m so pleased. This down home business is highly recommended.
