Beautify Me: Products of the Day/Modern Atelier - May 31

I know a girl who probably has the smooooothest skin on the planet right now—Jen Smith, blogger of Products of the Day! She ran a great contest to discover the top sugar scrubs made by our beloved indie businesswomen, and the results are in!

There was a tie for first place. Jill Jones’ Bidwell Botanicals is there, which has been one of my favorite companies! Their Spun Sugar Sugar Scrub took top honors and sounds fantastic. Also chosen was Sue Leeseman’s company, Somethin’ Special, with her Sugar Scrub in Pink Sugar. A simplified version of this wild favorite, it doesn’t have anything that it doesn’t need!

Etsy success Sugar Lips takes second place with their Pink Sugar Sugar Scrub. It’s made by a licensed esthetician, so you can rest assured you’re getting a quality product!

And another tie, for third place! Another two of my favorites, Klean Bath and Body, with their Devil Made Me Do It Chocolate Body Polish—oh baby! And Relaxation Works Cranberry Cocktail Body Sorbet Scrub. Those are making my mouth water!

Be sure to visit Jen’s blog to read all the details of these fabulous scrubs, and be on the lookout for a new contest in August!

I love seeing successful businesses on our dear Etsy, and Modern Atelier is one of my favorites! Where else are you going to find fabulous eau de parfum sprays for $12.50? “But I’m looking for a great Father’s Day gift,” you ask? You bet. If it were me, I’d probably try the Arabie Type. I love those woodsy, spicy scents, especially on men! Or, if you can’t choose (or want to get something for yourself too!), there is a special 4 for $40 going on, and you can’t beat that for great fragrances. Check out Modern Atelier and smell delicious!
