Indie Shopping for the Wickedly Fashionable - May 10Is anyone feeling wicked this week? We are feeling pretty wicked around here & we’ve got some hotties to share with you this week. Shop for amazing candles (flown to you directly from White Pigeon, MI), rockin’ bath and body stuff, amazing artwork, fashionable jewels & much much more.
P.S. The pic below is my most recent photo. Damn, I’m lookin’ good.
I may be lookin’ good but not as good as this beautiful chica who happens to be our Reader of the Week. Cynthia Fardan reads Wickedly Chic from her home in Baltimore, MD & I should really mention that Cynthia was one of our very first loyal readers. And she still is! Cynthia is an indie biz owner as well and has two businesses: Terra Treasures and CFW Designs.
Cynthia has lots of fun independent businesses to share with our readers. She tells us that, “All of these people are independent owners and operators of their businesses. Each one is fulfilling his or her dream of entrepreneurship because of the passion that is possessed for his or her gift.”
“Shimba, Inc. is a custom fashion design company owed by Mr. Gary Stubbs and is located in downtown Baltimore, Maryland at 427 A North Eutaw Street, (410) 539-2219. Mr. Stubbs created my daughter’s prom dress from a group of pictures that she presented to him. We were delighted with the outcome.”
“Miss Erica of Flowers, Gifts and Things produces colorful and elegant live flower arrangements. One thing that can bring a smile is receiving or sending fresh flowers.”
Works of Freedom is owned by an artist called TruFreedom. This is an out-of-the-box artist and his work ranges from realistic to abstract and everything in between.
“Voice talent, Mr. William Black voices and produces audacious audio of any type for companies, ads, events and presentations. He is the voice that you may have been waiting to hear. Mr. Black’s demos can be heard by clicking here. Love that voice!”
“Derrick Johnson’s funky fish swim across my wall while another one holds the napkins on the table. A brightly colored light switch plate livens up my living room even at night. Check out the mixed media art of Mr. Johnson at Stankin Studio where the funk is a constant happening.”
“Last and not least is the work of stained glass artist, Angela Smith who owns African Sand Stained Glass. If you can imagine it, she can create it in glass. From stained glass panels to car art angels, they are all beautiful and unique creations.”
A round of applause goes to Cynthia for sharing all of these cool businesses with our readers!
