Wicked Love: Dress Green/Soap - March 29Welcome once again to some of the members of the winning EGCG (Etsy Green & Clean Guild). We are always soooo happy to present our readers with even more lemmings that have been created by this group!
Normally, I do most of the writing here. But in this case, owner Lauren from Dress Green has done a splendid job of writing about her Cafe & Shea Cream that I am going to use her words. This stuff is spectacular!
According to Lauren, “This cream is the answer to your sad skin woes. Café & Shea is an amazing blend of all natural ingredients specially formulated for even the most sensitive of faces. This cream not only hydrates your skin with natural moisturizers, but also provides UV protection to fight current fine lines, and keep new ones from popping up. Just a little dab of cream is all you need – it begins to melt immediately with the heat of your body, making it easy to swipe a thin layer of nourishing goodness over your skin. And unlike so many creams and lotions out there, Café & Shea is quickly and naturally absorbed by your skin, leaving your face super-soft and revived, never greasy or shiny.”
“This cream combines shea butter to moisturize and provide UV protection, with coffee butter to hydrate and reduce the signs of wrinkles. A touch of unrefined cocoa butter helps to condition the skin and repair damage from blemishes. Café & Shea also has a unique blend of beneficial oils including raspberry seed oil for extra UV protection and vitamins essential to the skin, and jojoba oil which closely resembles the natural oils produced by our skin. Vitamin E adds even more moisturizing power to the mix. And best of all, for those of us with sensitive skin, there are no preservatives, artificial scents, or animal products added to this cream!”
Simple ingredients are key here. Shea butter, coffee butter, cocoa butter, jojoba oil, raspberry seed oil, almond oil, soy & Vitamin E. That’s it. You’ll love it! Dress Green has a sampler tin so you can give it a whirl before you purchase a larger size.
Look for more goodies by Dress Green to be featured in Wickedly Chic in the coming weeks!
![]() Meet Hiromi, a California gal who has an Etsy shop called Bathing in Luxury. As an avid bather & complete believer in any extra luxury possible, I now direct you to march over to Hiromi’s shop & take a look at the beautiful (and fragrant) soaps that are created by this artist.
Carefully prepared with natural ingredients that your skin (and nose) will love, these are cold-process soaps that are made for luxury. Some of the great bars that she has available RIGHT NOW (that’s when I like to shop…right now) are CocoLime (tart lime with coconut notes), Yummy (made with honey, oats, cocoa & 10% refined cocoa butter) or try the Mint-E with peppermint eucalyptus.
You are going to love shopping at Bathing in Luxury where there are new products & scents every day. Hiromi takes her soapmaking seriously using the finest of ingredients. Her customers deserve no less. Her wit will leave you delighted as well. I love this gal!
Some of the other products that I’ve been grooving on this week would include Lavender Oatmeal Soap from Jeanne’s Bath Shoppe. If you love the soothing scent of lavender & the soothing properties of oatmeal, this one is for you.
Yes, you can capture the scent of Garnier Fructis on your skin thanks to Judy at Cleanse Your Soul. Judy’s version is called Fructis and the scent is identical. So summery & clean. Yumma.
I adore Caledonia, an exclusive fragrance at Body Perfumery. Caledonia has an aquatic air that just smells of warmer days to come.
