Fresh and Chic: Chromosapien/LJ Cards - March 15
Incredibly talented is a perfect description for Amber Zuniga of Chromosapien. A DIY crafter from a very young age, Amber has created a great business for many happy shoppers. A proud member of the Dallas Craft Mafia, Chromosapien has a variety of lovingly hand-crafted items for just about everyone. Pictured here is one her badass belt buckles. These rock!
Choose from fused glass pieces (all made with Bullseye glass), stunning jewelry, blankets, soy votives (all made with 50 percent soy & pure essential oils shipped straight from a local herb farm), & beautiful glazed plates. You never know what Chromosapien is going to have displayed in the shop(s) but every item will always be of the finest possible quality. There is an Etsy shop as well that visitors will want to browse through, Chromosapien.
P.S. Her husband is named “Dreamboat”.
Working hard in beautiful Nova Scotia is Lisette Jones and “assistants” from LJ Cards. This week we are featuring their brand-new vintage card collection designed by Lisette’s uber-talented mother, Simone Meuse. Ms. Meuse has been an artist for over 50 years & these cards are so very very lovely. I’ve always loved the vintage look & just browsing through these cards takes one back to a much simpler time.
This business is sure to have a card that will be perfect for sending to a loved one or even framing yourself. Yes, they are suitable for framing…that’s how gorgeous they are. LJ Cards offers the option of free personalization inside of each card. They will also send a card to a recipient of your choice for the price of a stamp. Ahhhhh…the beauty of indie businesses. Take a look. There’s definitely a card just waiting to be sent to someone that you know.
