Wicked Love: Magickal Realism/Pudleduk/Twin Dream Creations/Serene Dreams -February 15We’re back with another group from the EGCG (Etsy Green & Clean Guild). These girls are amazingly talented and continue to floor me with amazing goods. Take a look at these:
We have a mother/daughter team from Maine with an adorable and unforgettable name, Pudleduk Family Farm. Both Becky and Trish are stay-at-home mothers who produce some lovely products in their rural Maine farm kitchen. My own mom was so crazy about the goat’s milk bar soap that I ended up letting her have it. She says it is the most moisturizing and delightful soap that she has ever used and that is coming from someone who is not a bath and body addict like moi. This bar comes in some great scents such as Blueberry Pickin in Maine, Pine and unscented which is perfect for those with allergies and the bars even come wrapped in fabric.
For a sexy treat, why not try the Peace & Love massage oil from Pudleduk? This mix of essential oils (ylang ylang, lavender, orange, patchouli, clove & cinnamon) comes in a lovely cobalt blue glass bottle.
In staying with our “family” theme, we have Twin Dream Creations. This business is run by twin sisters (of course) Catherine and Caroline, both Michigan residents. They started their business four years ago and it has blossomed ever since. The soaps that these sisters make look good enough to eat…but don’t do that. The Dead Sea Salt Spa Soap rocks. It’s moisturizing and smells great…it’s a combo of green & black teas. Check out their Lavender Loofah Glycerine Soap with an organic loofah sponge embedded inside and made with organic lavender oil.
These women love coming up with new products that do not contain all of the chemicals and detergents that commercial products have. Keep checking their site as there is always something new around the corner.
More dreams coming your way from Serina Pottinger of Serene Dreams. This Winnipeg mother has her nine year old daughter selling items on her Etsy site! Let Serene Dreams delight you with their line of perfume oils. I was blown away by Irresistible. This essential oil blend contains patchouli with raspberry, a touch of citrus & vanilla. All of Serina’s perfume oils are hand-blended with 100 percent pure essential oils. There is no alcohol used.
Serina’s talent extends to candles as well. Her Pearberry Patchouli floating candle is wonderfully fragranced and very calming. Take a look at her other candles as well. They all look equally special.
And you thought that used paper was only good for the recycling bin? You won’t think that way any longer after you discover Diana Rajchel’s Trashion. Diana takes non-glossy paper and converts it to an incinerate. You burn it just like incense…mine had a combo of sandalwood, dragon’s blood, myrrh & frankincense. It’s strangely addicting with a most awesome woodsy scent.
Diana’s shop, Magickal Realism is another fabulous EGCG treasure. I’ve become pretty hooked on Diana’s Relaxation perfume blend (lavender & ylang ylang). This perfect mix is so soothing. Magickal Realism is a natural perfumery and uses all organic substances. You’ll love this shop.
We will have more EGCG businesses to feature next week. In the meantime, take your time browsing through these stores. All are equally wonderful and deserving of your hard earned bucks (not to mention that you & your home will smell positively….groovy).
