WHY BUY FROM INDEPENDENT BUSINESSES?
There are so many good reasons that it is hard to know where to begin. I have spoken with Melanie S. of Memphis, TN who is a diehard online independent shopper. Melanie gave some awesome reasons for shopping with independent online businesses. According to Melanie, “One of the main reasons I order, and order, and order (LOL) is the uniqueness of the products that I find online. I love shopping the different etailer sites to discover new products, new scents, etc. that the average person has never even heard of. What catches my eye most is a special they’re having, a sale, a contest, a promotion…something to make it fun to shop & pamper yourself. Personally, I like homemade, handmade, unique products, whether they’re made for bath & body, home fragrance, jewelry, clothing or makeup..if it’s different & fun…count me in! The great thing about etailers is that they cater to us so much more than the average retailer does. For example: I don’t know of a retailer who offers your choice of a body product in your choice of a scent all wrapped up for you & tied with a bow, that’s sent to your door, and has fun little samples for you to try FREE with almost every order. If they did, etailers would have probably never gotten started. People long to be pampered & catered to in general and I think etailers do a great job of making us feel this way. Another big plus is that the products don’t have most of the additives & preservatives that are on all the store shelves. You know the products you buy are good for your body or will make your body look good :)”. And Melanie looks GOOD! Thank you Melanie! And readers, shop away! This is THE place to find out about where to shop!! xxoo Liz, Marlese, Krista and Claire
