truly is the ultimate highlighter since it uses a light-reflective pigment. The
women in my household (myself and two teenage girls) have branded
Cheeky the BEST highlighter that we have ever used. You will
get fantastic coverage and you can either extend your tan or have that

Debra’s line has three different Cheeky
shades. The original is quite neutral and most skin tones can wear this one.
Cheeky 2 is a sparkling pink and Cheeky 3 is a
