Thanks to Cathy Begun over at The Elegant Bead, Wickedly Chic readers are going to be at the forefront of jewelry styles coming up for spring. Read on for the latest!
Spring is on the way. What are you seeing as new or continuing trends for the coming season?
Spring is bursting with color, prints and more! Pantone has named Emerald the color of the year! It’s lively, vibrant and so full of energy. You want to include this in your wardrobe! Mix it with tiny floral print jeans or shoes, but not both together. For the really daring fashionista, mix the classic stripes with the tiny printed jeans or shoes. You will love how fresh they look together!
A softer side of green is mint – and who doesn’t love mint green? Mint is stunning when worn with a pieces of emerald …jewelry, belt, shoes, purse, as well as tomato red or lavender. Right on trend and you will be pleased at the versatility of these shades. Mix with shades of grey, navy, yellow.
Other strong trends for spring are lace – in all hues, peplums, stripes, floral heels or flats, and statement necklaces, A-line skirts, as well as the nail art trend continues. If you are wearing a statement necklace that frames your face, focus your eye makeup with splashes of color and pair with a glossy nude lip, as that will balance the look.
Spring 2013 looks like it will be a fun and quite colorful season! Open your mind to new styles and colors! I look forward to having you …”shine and sparkle”.
Valentine’s Day is almost here. What kind of gift recommendations do you have for those that need some assistance? Do you offer gift certificates and how easy are those to purchase?
As for Valentine’s Day, I currently have a variety of necklaces and earrings that are in the pink hue family featuring gorgeous pink coin pearls, Austrian crystals, chalcedony, as well as ametrine and amethyst, which is perfect if this fashionista also has a February birthday! Pink is always a chic and feminine color, pretty all year!
I do offer gift certificates starting at $25, or other amounts, as well as complimentary gift wrap with every order; custom gift wrap is available for your occasion for $2.50. Bridal wrapping is custom as well. They are quite easy to purchase on line or you can order through me, as I am now capable to take VISA/MasterCard via phone orders safe and securely!
What new items do you have available for spring and/or what are you coming out with?
My new collections will be featuring some stunning Burma Jade, vibrant tomato red, sherbet hues, palette of greens – Emerald Green is the Pantone Color of the Year! It’s fresh, lively, and energetic! A little blue like the Southwestern sky and a little of Downton Abbey inspiration! There will be a little something for everyone!
